Start your day off with 10 minutes of Meditation daily..

Finding time to do anything in such a busy overstimulating world is a challenge but making the time to do what matters is important. 10 minutes a day go's a long way. Every morning before you get out of bed practice just 10 minutes of mindful meditation. Until your able to increase the time to your desired amount. Here is a simple exercise i practice which i'm so happy to share. ;)


1: Breathe Deep (10 times)

2: Gratitude (grateful for..)

3: Love Energy (everything you love; opens heart)

4: Give Love (send love to everyone & everything you love)

5: Manifest (visualize the life you want)

6: Repeat "I believe something wonderful is going to happen to me today. Nothing and no-one will take away my joy today."




Meditation is a practice where an individual uses technique such as breath-work, mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity. These techniques are meant to train attention and awareness as well as achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm stable state of mind.


"I believe something wonderful is going to happen to me today. Nothing and no-one will take away my joy today."


Such sentences, also known as "mantra's", are something one repeats and focuses on without any distractions or interfering thoughts. The idea is to solely concentrate on only your mantra with focus and intention.



Intention and Focus


To meditate means your environment should be calm, quiet and clean with good positive energy and no distractions. If you're unable spare 10 minutes in the morning due to household activity such as kids, pets, partner's, construction noise etc., take care of such chores first - then the moment you have a few minutes of peace - practice just 10 minutes of meditation giving yourself 10 minutes of personal space. Daily practice creates new habits, new habits create routine. Relax and breathe. Let it flow. Any distracting thoughts set aside for later finding your focus back to your meditation. At the end, close with a positive thought complimenting yourself for making the effort and smile. Happy Meditating !!
