ENINNAJ practices a fair booking policy. We are a private practice by appointment only and do not accept walk - ins. Payment is accepted in the form of credit card authorization by Square, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or Chase Quick Pay with Zelle. Or you can click on the link above "Gift Card". We do not accept checks. We do our best to accommodate all of our magnificent clients therefore we hope that everyone will be on time for their appointment. Showing up early does not guarantee early treatment nor does it mean you will have access to enter the building. It's best to come as early as 10 minutes for your appointment. If a client runs late for their appointment that means they are cutting their time short. For example, if your appointment is for a 1 hr massage and you show up 15 minutes late - your remaining time left will be 45 minutes. We do not extend appointments for anyone as there are clients booked after yours. We require 24 hr cancellation notice to reschedule your missed appointment. If you do not show for your appointment without notice, there is no refund however we will reschedule your missed appointment as a "one time" courtesy only. There are no refunds for any purchased services or products.
We ask that new clients show up 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork as well as settle in and get comfortable. We do not start any service until all paperwork has been filled out. Please do not show up after the gym or any extensive exercise class as we do not have showers to accommodate cleanliness. Parents please refrain from bringing small children as we do not have accommodations for child care at this time; scheduled sessions are private and one on one. Due to building policies, no pets are allowed under any circumstance
(to include service animals). Sorry for any inconvenience.
Booking any service with ENINNAJ means that you have read and agree with these terms.
